We will be playing in the West Alabama Exposure Tournament this weekend in Tuscaloosa. We play three pool games on Saturday (930A, 630P, 930P) and our first bracket game is at 1030A on Sunday.
This is the start of the second third of our summer schedule. Our primary goal for this middle portion of our schedule is to play more consistently than we have been playing. We've had games were we have played outstanding ball, and then others where we have been really bad. I believe we are more like that the team that plays really well in stretches than the team that can't get easy outs -- we just need to play day in and day out like that.
Of course, we haven't had a chance to work in practice on being more consistent because of the weather - we've already lost two practices to the weather, with Thursday's practice a little iffy as well. We may go into this weekend with very little practice over the last two weeks, which should be interesting.
