Had our first practice on Sunday for the players whose teams did not advance to Montgomery and the state tourney. It was a surprisingly dreary and overcast day for mid-May, but we were able to get some good initial work in, to demonstrate some of our regular drills and to provide some time for players to get acquainted and reacquainted with each other.
We're working around exams, graduations and the state tourney, but we hope to get a couple more practices in prior to our first game on Friday, May 27th in the Viper tourney at Liberty Park.
